      1. Demanding workplace 2. No holidays 3. Frequent org changes leading to political/toxic work culture where senior mgmt tries to justify their existence in the org. 4. No recognition for work

      Great vision insurance, 401k, bonuses are generous, FTO

      Cons

      Indiscriminate firings across the board. No rhyme or reason, just decimation in the name of saving the shareholders money. Also made a ton of people feel guilty enough to move to bentonville and then you cowards fired them. SAD.

      They serve good food and pay well.

      Cons

      70% of the workforce is Indian. Every single engineering manager I have seen is Indian. Other 20% are Chinese. 80-90% of this group are on h1b visas and could get shipped back to their home country if they get laid off. Work life balance is terrible if your team lacks strong talent. Business doesn’t care how much they grind people. Have seen engineers get hospitalized from work stress. If you find a good team with strong talent , work life balance can be good. Without consistent standards amongst ways of working amongst teams it’s the Wild West. Scrum agile expertise is lacking, it’s pretend scrumptious.
