      Pros

      I am a new employee of this company and I can't say enough good things about this company! Their interview process if stringent but refreshing. I am working with a high caliber of people! Their sales training is second to none. I have worked in sales for over 20 years and even been a hiring manager and they have the best training I have ever experienced. It is extremely thorough and definitely sets you up for success. The support system we also have backing us is like nothing I have had in previous industries. I highly recommend looking into Walsworth!

      Pros

      Only family owned company (three generations) in the yearbook industry meaning they really care about their product, company and employees because their name is on it!

      Cons

      Smallest of the yearbook companies, so things are slower to move and adapt to a rapidly changing market.

      make your own schedule managers generally leave you be if you get things done response times are quick company values everyone seems to love what they do

      Cons

      communication needs improvement they never fire anyone so areas are left in shambles by the time they leave very stingy with compensation your first few years are insanely hectic with 12 hour workdays being the norm
