Pros

Good family atmosphere. You won't see anyone working over-time, staying late, under any circumstances. When the whistle blows, they clear out.

Cons

Senior management is weak, and full of themselves. They use fear and bullying as their primary motivational technique.

Pros

They have the best sales force in the industry, because the sales force has to make up for the fact that everything else, from printing to technology sucks!

Cons

Technology Sucks. Purse strings are too tight. VP of Technology could code a coloring book.

We couldn’t agree more – we do have the best sales team in the industry. With technology needs ever changing, we are making substantial investments there and across the company to make sure our schools have access to the best. We pride ourselves on our quality printing and while there will always be areas to improve, our teams also work hard to get hundreds of thousands of books out to students across the country. We encourage you to share your concerns with your manager and others in company leadership. As a family-owned company, you have access to people who care and want to help. -AS

Pros

You get a Paycheck. The offer letter looks good. They bbq in the plant every other month. Clocking out!

Cons

No communication, high turnover rate, low pay, employees will make the new people feel like an outcast, unwanted, ignored, hoping they will quit.
