Pros

Fantastic Culture, Part of the 'Whole' - Integrity, Incredible Leadership, Fun and Exciting Environment! Challenging and well worth the investment of both time and mental resources you need to work for a company that truly cares for the workforce and the individual. When they say 'best of the best' - it's no joke.

Cons

While working remote is great and contributes to a different kind of work/life balance, not being in the office environment can prove difficult because of the social interactions with fellow employees proves to be challenging. BUT! we are all just a phone-call or internet meeting away!

Pros

Walton is a great open place to work. They encourage the employees to ask questions, they review with us the monthly financials and you are a part of forecasting which also makes you feel like it's really your company. Gary Walton encourages all the employees to call him and engage with him if they have a concern or if they just have a question. Gary has very much an open door policy or he's ready to get on the phone or zoom with you to answer questions and take care of any concerns. I really appreciate having a job with Walton Signage especially during this time of the Covid 19. Walton signage cares about the employees and our families and is determined to get us all thru this together!! peak to the owner of the company

Cons

There are times when we can have a little too many meetings but I think that happens at any job at times.

Love working for this company and love the ability to work remotely, adds to a great work/life balance. I love the team that I work with and my supervisor is always available for questions and answers.

Cons

I cant think of a con at this time.
