I have worked at Walton for over 10 years, in that time I have held positions from PM to VP. In each position I have grown both as a human being and as a businessperson, learning from those around me as well as from senior management. Leadership is always looking to add talented and smart people to the team which at the end of the day makes all of our jobs easier! We also have the ability to work remotely - even those of us who live locally when the need arises. We have good benefits including a "take what you need vacation policy." Strong Leadership and a desire to be the best of the best and to work with the best of the best provide all of the drive I need.
