We are given all the tools necessary to be successful employees. The little things the company does to show it's appreciation are what makes the company very special. The benefits are excellent. Very much an open door policy company wide, the financials are open and posted weekly.

Cons

More bonding opportunities as a whole are needed.

I LOVE working at Walton. We work hard, but work creatively and collaboratively. It is the most amazing place to be everyday. The company invests in employees in big and small ways. It's a great organization.

Cons

The company is growing like crazy, so the pace and change is hard for some people to keep up with, but I LOVE it!
