Cons

Management. Never could take a real vacation. No work life balance. Everyone out for themselves. No team work. Landmark brainwashing. Lack of communication. High turnover.

Pros

The general concept here is that you are part of something much bigger than yourself. Here each of the employees bring a different element and strength to the table, and in turn that collaborative effort delivers remarkable experiences to others. Coming out of a toxic work environment from my previous employer, I'm thankful to have walked into Walton and encounter a welcoming and wholesome environment - good people.
