Pros

The pros here at Walton are the people. We have a lot of driven, mostly optimistic, knowledgeable, down-to-earth staff who realize that it's truly "all for one and one for all." We are not perfect, but we always aim to learn from any challenges or setbacks that we encounter. We also strive for continuous improvement, possibility, and transforming business approaches and processes to avoid the cliche of "business as usual."

Cons

Not for everyone. If you are truly engaged and have a passion for what you do, and truly want to deliver a remarkable customer experience--then you'll definitely thrive here at Walton.

Pros

The culture is fantastic!!! From healthy snacks and massages to a flexible vacation policy and personalized training sessions; Walton really does care for the employees. The CEO and COO always make sure to walk around and have face time with the employees. Many staff members have been promoted within the last year. There are always opportunities for advancement. Employees at Walton are encouraged to speak up, even if it isn't an easy conversation.

Cons

Some people can't make the cut. Walton demands an exceptional level of work from their staff. Many previous employees think since the culture is relaxed that their work can also be. However, don't be fooled. Only the highest caliber people stick around, so therefore the turnover has been greater in the past few years.

Pros

Walton Signage is one of the fastest growing companies in South Central Texas. They continue to stay on top of their game by adding some of the Top Talent in the industry. The big question is who wouldn't want to work with the Top Talent? Extremely nice office atmosphere and nice equipment. Centrally located in the San Antonio area. Great benefits, flexible schedule and great people.

Cons

If you cannot work in a fast pace environment then this is not the place for you. If you cannot accept change this is not the place for you.
