Pros

The people at Ware Malcomb are the best part of working at the company. There are no egos, just a team atmosphere with lots of support from those around you. A few examples of the unique team culture include the mentoring program, employee anniversary tributes, wedding/baby showers, health & fitness initiatives, happy hours and more. There are also many opportunities and examples of growth within the company. Many senior staff started at the company as mid- and entry level employees who worked their way up. Finally, as a new mom the schedule flexibility and technology accommodations are vital to having work life balance.

Cons

In response to a few reviews about the workload, it is fast paced. However, the company provides many resources to help when needed. The key is to communicate challenges and concerns so solutions can be implemented.

Pros

- They support growth in your career - Can try new things if you ask - Good benefits - Nice Coworkers

Cons

- Admin such as Directors, PMs in office had very poor communication - Pay was average - management can be hypocritical, they say one thing and do another - They lied and say the company is profitable and doing well but Just did major layoffs across the whole country - Company has started to cheapen out on bonuses and things like their holiday party. - Office culture died after covid. - They over hired during covid - Repetitive projects - non- creative projects - you're just a number, they don't really care about you

Pros

Holiday Parties are (were) super rad

Cons

- Way too focused on the social media aspects. It’s all about appearances. It’s all about hashtags. - Unrealistic deadlines. -Favoritism is obvious. - Leadership lacks diversity. Even worse, decided to ignore & took no public stand against racism and injustice, in the wake of the sad events that took place last year. - Office leaders are the only ones getting the training. - Leadership is so disconnected from the non-leadership employees on a personal level, that they don’t even pretend to learn or know your name. - No matter how long or hard you have contributed to the growth of the company. They can -and will-part ways unexpectedly if their profits look weak in their spreadsheets. No warning. - HR looks after the company. Not the employee.
