I literally did not have contact with a manager for 4 months. No one noticed that I was working a 2nd full time job while in their offices. I took over an actual office for the past year and it was never questioned. I packed my office up about 3 weeks prior to being laid off, no one noticed. My exit interview lasted for 2 minutes, I asked for my package and handed them a letter with all that had gone on for the months leading up and never even received a reply back. Oh well.

-Long term plan is very positive. Company roadmap and goals are good. -Generally speaking most people are great to work with

Cons

-Taking away full time remote work options. Cannot fill open positions and getting talent to want to live near HQ in Milford MA is difficult. For a global company this policy is very backward thinking. -Compensation not competitive with the market. -Inconsistent HR policies -Annual review scores are slanted as managers are not allowed to give ratings too high, even if the individual deserves it. Only 1 or 2 people per department are allowed to get max ratings.
