In terms of the Cons, many of our departments offer flexible work schedules and we encourage employees who are wanting more flexibility in their schedules to discuss this with their respective managers. We do strive to attract people at all stages of their careers and are always open to introducing new ideas and events that are attractive to new and existing employees. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write your review and for your 10 plus years of contributions. It is true that we are a growing company and have experienced year-over-year growth for the past 40 plus years! People have been and continue to be a main focus without company. This goes for both our employees and our customers. I am sorry to hear that your experience has been otherwise.
