Not a good company to work for.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to fix problems and get experience.

Cons

Not willing to invest in employees. They run the office like it is a grade school and always question what you are doing and where you are going. None of the managers have an education and only make decisions for what makes them look better. The company has low pay and is more worried about making money instead of helping a customer. You can't be a manager unless you are friends with other managers. There is no future for this company. You know its a great company when the city they are in won't even buy products from them anymore.

Pros

If you know the right people to you can get away with anything. Just smiling and knowing the right people are all a person needs to move up, merit and performance are non-factors. If you know the right people you can socialize for the majority of the work day, never taking into account someone else has to pick up the slack.

Cons

Favoritism remains prevalent with the current leadership team. HR is incredibly inconsistent in their enforcement of standards and policy. Climate surveys are non-existent in this company, the leadership team does not like them. Salaried employees hear things like "it is what it is" or "there are 24 hours in a day" when they show their work load can not get done in a standard work day.
