      Pros

      18 years working at wawa, I gained many friends, many enemies, carding kids, lol. Working for a pay check I was able to pay my bills. I have not really had any good approach come from wawa,

      Cons

      If your not a store management "pet", it can be difficult, due to my awful experience as employee, I will stop there, as 17 years has alot of cons for me.

      Pros

      Worked for a while under several GMs and always loved it. Still really good friends with some of the Managers.

      Cons

      Once you run into a Bad Manager, good luck, GM wrote me up for everything and instead of giving me a chance at another store, kicked me out of program. Also, no time for anything else in your life, I worked upwards of 55 hours a week and would get yelled out for stay too late, but yelled at if I leave with order still on floor (even when it just got there at midnight)

      Pros

      Great pay, quality of life, training, co-workers, promotes from within, and they really live their values.

      Cons

      I wish our website was easier to navigate and easier to use. It should not take jumping through page after page to locate a simple document. The search feature is pretty useless. I also wish AGMs had access to reports and work email from home. I understand why we don't, but some of us would like to at least have a choice when it comes to accessing them. Communication could be better across the brand, but I often feel that way no matter where I work.
