Pros

very good location in Boston. Very young workforce, most of them just out of college. free Beer and snacks available in the lunch rooms. Very open environment If you are just out of college, not a bad place to get the name on your resume.

Cons

Terrible senior leadership. wear body armor because the knives are out. Too many consultants in Senior positions that don't know what they are doing. Have pushed out all the skilled and experienced operations people and replaced with inexperienced people not upfront about stock grants, get a small amount at hire, but unless you are promoted (rare) then you don't get more. And they vest over 5 years, but the likelihood of making it to 5 years is slim anymore Raises are terrible, 2-4% (4% is if you are Superior) No company phones or credit cards, you have to use personal cell and credit card if you travel Party like environment- not a professional environment No consistent policies, what ones are there, are applied through favoritism

Appeal is fading fast

Pros

Met some really great people with this being a fun and young work environment. Location is also pretty good.

Cons

Unfortunately the appeal isn't as great as the experience. They grew too fast without any sort of structure in place. Managers don't have experience and there's no guidance and direction for your job. Sometimes the expectations are much higher than what is realistically doable and unfortunately most people have way too much on their plate to focus on doing a good job! Hope this company can get some sort of structure or management training programs before they crash and burn. If you're reading this and thinking about applying, I would wait a while for the growing pains to work themselves out. There's a good possibility you'll be frustrated with the job/company quickly once you start.
