Pros

Onboarding has been very smooth especially compared to my past experiences.

Cons

Sometimes communication has been delayed, but in relation to the rate of growth it is understandable.

Pros

FTO is nice (although they announced it on 12/31 and did not pay out people's PTO), teams are understanding of work/life balance, salaries are ok in most positions

Cons

They don't really offer competitive raises/bonuses. Our health insurance also gets worse every year. I have also heard (and subsequently verified) they fired a support tech over political social media posts which has made everyone nervous, and as a member of the LGBTQ and a liberal it has made me question if I want to work for a company so beholden to right wing ideals. I have been told the employee is working with the ACLU. After this, they held a big "social media" policy meeting with the managers to trickle info to their subordinates. The values they tout do not seem to apply to anyone above a standard manager and it feels like they are erasing the values more each day. They are also constantly acquiring new companies before they can even successfully acclimate the previous acquisition. They laid off a bunch of people with this last one, and the PatientCo processes are still a mess and it's been a few years.
