The workload expected on employees is extremely high and the pay doesn't meeting industry standards

Pros

-Good pay -Clear expectations as to what is expected of you -Good Management -All suite level Executives are so nice and easily approachable. The last organization I worked at, the CEO and other senior level executives wouldn’t acknowledge anyone else. Here I am at Waystar, casually having conversations with my CEO who generally cares about the organization and it’s employees. -Great culture -Constant training opportunities -proven growth. Several opportunities to be promoted into another role
