      Going downhill

      Pros

      Started off great. They do a welcome aboard week which was nice and the people you help day to day on the helpdesk are nice. The C suite are all pretty nice. Building in downtown is great.

      Cons

      New management on the HD/ IT teams are awful. I was extremely happy for over a year then they replaced the manager with someone who is a liar and not fit to lead and making decisions to take away any perk the job had.

      technology return to office poor communication

      good company to work for except tech RTO

      Cons

      poor planning and communication about RTO for tech team, double standards and confusing communications. bringing a consultant to communicate will not help, several tech members planning to quit. management is not aligned.

      Great onboarding

      Great onboarding experience. Decent people team at organization.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the leader of this specific team has caused attrition across the board. If you are looking to be a true PM, this is not the organization to be at. PMs are merely secretaries and no leadership support. Gave notice and access was turned off immediately. Director stated we should have discussed this before I submitted my notice.
