Pros

Swag is nice, but honestly you start to realize it's just there to help hide the ineptitude of the management

Cons

They will track so many things, most of which don't matter. Heard so many stories about people working deals for weeks only to have to transfer for them for no good reason and don't bother to compensate the one that actually did the work. They just keep hiring kids because they don't realize they're getting hosed.

Pros

My manager is great, love what I do and those that I work with.

Cons

New employees and those through acquisitions are valued more than long time loyal employees. Waystar used to make Milestone Anniversaries a big deal but now you are only recognized on a PowerPoint presentation during a quarterly townhall and promised for months (6+) that your gift is coming only to receive nothing but the Waystar “swag” every 3 months that everyone receives. The pay is not very good for the amount of work that you do either - makes you feel taken advantage of and that your time invested within the company means nothing to Waystar.
