Pros

Great Products, plenty of teams to help with sales

Cons

The base pay does not seem to be on par, and management is very secretive about performance metrics and pay, which, if it was a good company doing right by its employees, they would be more open about that.

We utilize compensation data tools to provide market analysis on the requirements of each role, host calibration meetings with leaders to assess talent and expect our leaders to properly convey performance expectations. Additionally, we have dedicated resources within our team to deepen our understanding of job markets and compensation across the different markets.

Rapid Growth & Tons of Opportunity

Pros

Waystar is a unique place where you can really grow professionally and personally in a very exciting and dynamic market. IMO, no company in Louisville is positioned the way Waystar is in their respective market that promotes from within like Waystar does. Through merging two of the best businesses in Revenue Cycle, Waystar quickly became a powerhouse with the best product offering in the space. Very rapid growth and lots of opportunities for upward mobility within the company. Awesome building conveniently located with great amenities. Pay, benefits, and incentives are competitive.

Cons

Growing pains that are expected when merging two businesses the size of Navicure and Zirmed. Lots of inertia with the merging of all departments and processes, but that's expected with Mergers. There's no indication that the growth is going to stop anytime soon, so it's really important to have the right processes and infrastructure in place as new companies are acquired, and I'm not sure those processes are in place across the board right now.
