      Great if you're Sales, sucks if you're anyone else.

      Location is nice, bereavement leave

      Cons

      Expensive parking, mediocre benefits, awful insurance, "bro" culture, Sales over all else, Sales can get away with using slurs to minority employees and get away with it, fire people after three years in some roles so they can avoid 401k investiture

      Great company but slow promotion potential

      Pros

      Great benefits and holiday schedule. Work from home positions available. CEO is high energy and motivating.

      Cons

      The company continues to grow, but with continuous acquisitions many jobs become redundant which will slow career growth. If you are not a "legacy" Waystar employee, you have very little chance of career growth. ELT is very big on great core values, but unfortunately as you get below that level the day-to-day leadership is less excited about those values. They are a great company to work for if you are looking for a paycheck with flexibility for family life. But negotiate a good starting salary and do not expect that to climb much.
