Pros

Great people and generally competent leadership

Cons

At the time the product roadmap was more or less guided by X12 requirements without any internal innovation. The acquisition of Zirmed provided opportunities for some but left some very knowledgeable SMEs without a place in the new structure.

Pros

Nice office with a great view. Some efforts from HR to make you feel valued.

Cons

Poor training, oversaturated "vision" culture without direct leadership support. A myriad of acquisitions have resulted in a jumbled mess of knowledge and resources. It took a long time to get answers to simple questions. Scarce technical documentation. Training was both boring and ineffective. Leadership hadn't figured out how they were going to tackle business problems, and sales reps ended up looking foolish in front of clients/prospectives because of it. Tons of cold calling, way more than you'd expect as AE.

We leverage compensation data, market analysis, and experience as ways to stay current on market trends. We dedicate resources to deepen our understanding of different job markets and compensation across said markets. We are also looking at total compensation by improving benefits and PTO.
