Additionally, Waystar strives to compensate team members fairly. We leverage compensation data, market analysis, and experience as ways to stay current on market trends. We dedicate resources to deepen our understanding of different job markets and compensation across said markets. We are also looking at total compensation by improving benefits and PTO.
