      Pros

      Peers were great and some pretty good benefits. A lot of genuinely great people working here.

      Cons

      Upper management infighting is common and lead to wild goose chases and covert one-upmanship assignments. Highly political environment that is tumultuous due to the growth the company is experiencing.

      Pros

      you are provided an SDR. big publicly traded company if you are into the facade of team spirit/ we care work culture then its great.

      Cons

      When I worked there benefits were not great and neither was the pay. There were a lot of unnecessary meetings. If you join Waystar as a part of an acquisition, start sending out resumes. Waystar bought the company I worked for. They laid off most of the staff and then the few that did remain eventually let go outside of a handful of people. To be fair, this is not uncommon to happen.
