      Values - Leadership Practices What They Preach

      During my initial days with the company, I had the unique opportunity to hear from all the leadership within the organization, which is a rarity in other companies. One of the key foundations during this period was the company's values: eight core values surrounding a central one - "Best Life, Always." During this time, each leader shared their favorite value and the reasons behind their choice. As the days progressed, I witnessed these values being exemplified in remarkable ways. The communication is exceptional, and leaders genuinely want you to succeed - you are not "just a number." I deeply appreciate the organization's overall passion for excellence. When you see your leaders striving for their best, it inspires you to do the same. The benefits are highly competitive, and I have been thoroughly impressed by all that is offered to employees. Overall, I am delighted to be a part of this company.

      Cons

      One area of concern is the compensation. I believe the pay could be higher considering the work performed. However, what has kept me here are the company's values, the positive culture, and the excellent benefits.

      Pros

      Allowed to be creative on how to tackle and solve problems. Have been given the opportunity of learning so many techs in such a short time.

      We are not that many, thus always busy busy busy.

      This Company is the Best of the Best

      Hiring and Recruiting experience= best experience I've had a company so far Onboarding= Seamless process/Organized New Hire Orientation (AKA Waystar Welcome)- 3 days in Person at our Kentucky basecamp, by far the best orientation I've ever been to. We learned about the Company/Values/Vision/Benefits/Teams, had meeting with our Leadership, fun activities=Best in Class Experience Culture=Incredible! People=Kind, talented, engaging, welcoming Benefits= First in class-fertility/adoption assistance, incredible paid parental leave, HealthJoy, Personify, The talent here is incredible! I feel so lucky to be apart of the Waystar team.
