Pros

Peers were great and some pretty good benefits. A lot of genuinely great people working here.

Cons

Upper management infighting is common and lead to wild goose chases and covert one-upmanship assignments. Highly political environment that is tumultuous due to the growth the company is experiencing.

Beyond pay, our comprehensive total rewards strategy includes benefits, time off, and growth opportunities that evolve to meet the needs of our team members. We encourage team members to partner with their leader to identify growth opportunities and development paths that align with their goals. Thank you for your feedback.
