Values driven that is consistently demonstrated in how we treat our clients and each other. Investments in team member experience directly in onboarding, career development, communication, career pathing, recognition, culture initiatives and technology prove commitment to our team. Leadership listens to client and team member feedback and are fantastically focused on building an award-winning company for our solutions, service and culture.

Rapid growth in a dynamic industry

Pros

Bias for action: There is a no-nonsense attitude to action. There is tremendous energy which rubs on you to be part of the team to drive progress. Collaboration: The teams I have worked with collaborate, help each other out and definitely empathetic. This is definitely not a sink or swim culture. Leadership: Strong leader all the way up to the CEO who demonstrate and articulate the vision. People: Fantastic people who enjoy being part of the team. No politics, but straight forward and direct.

Cons

Although people are empathetic, I'd recommend that some of the senior leaders show empathy as well. They mean well but some of their actions may not demonstrate that clearly.

Pros

The team atmosphere was refreshing and the clients were great. I love all of my managers and how they went to bat for us. I really enjoyed my stay at this company.

Cons

Lots of changes and low morale later but to be expected when dealing with a Merger.
