      Pros

      Not very many pros to speak of. Was part of an acquired company.

      Cons

      The benefit package is based out of Louisville, and the healthcare is substandard.

      Awesome place to Work but Sadly they closed our Office in Charlotte

      Pros

      People, the CEO is excellent, people from Kentucky are amazing, the company give a lot of things to employees

      Cons

      Sadly Waystar want all its developers under 1 building, and they do have a few others places with developers, but they decided to terminate our project and close the office in Charlotte. I end up with a higher salary in other company, but it is sad that Waystar doesn't want to retain talents if they are not in Kentucky
