It’s great to see this balance in your feedback. We’re really glad the energy, culture, and mission are coming through strongly, that’s a big part of what makes Wayve what it is!! At the same time, your point on things feeling scrappy and occasional duplication of work is fair, and something we’re actively working on as we scale and put more structure in place. We also appreciate the note on progression and hiring mix, that’s an important area for us to keep improving. Thanks for sharing this and for being part of the journey! – Wayve Team
