Pros

Wayve is probably one of the few of the autonomous companies doing things differently. Our embodied intelligence stands out. This means we are working on really cool and innovative projects which keeps one fulfilled from a sense of learning.

Cons

Salaries and career progression are extremely unclear. It seems very arbitrary and random. Understandable that everything can't be fully transparent but some visibility into things is ideal. I fear it's getting worse over time.
