      Lacks culture due to fully remote and few on site gatherings. Need more inclusion for conferences.

      Pros

      I love folks are super patient and helpful when in need. The company as a whole is very transparent and that comforting knowing you are valued and working towards a goal.

      Cons

      No real cons except there is no formal processes in place but the company is growing at an exponential speed and it can cause a few growing pains which is expected. looking forward to see whats coming.
