Pros

The positive culture at Wealthbox revolves around talent, great ideas, hard work and common goals from a group of team members who are passionate about a product and service we all believe in. The cofounders have created the exceptional culture with their guidance, but also with their ability to be supportive and available to all employees. As a woman, I have always felt like an equal. My ideas are always heard and often implemented into our company process or directly into the product. Although our teams work remotely, we work closely (virtually) and reliably. Wealthbox has grown quickly causing processes to continually evolve which has been exciting to be part of!

Cons

No cons. Since Wealthbox has grown quickly, the company has experienced the common growing pains any growing company will go through. Although this is challenging in the moment, it's a positive thing to experience with the company. We work together to alter our processes which makes us better as the company continues to grow.

Pros

1. The product is fantastic and has wildly happy customers. I regularly hear the "oohs" and "Ahhs" of delight when sharing a demo of Wealthbox. 2. The role is 100% remote. This is a bit of a rare find as many software companies are pivoting back to the hybrid model of in-office + remote. 3. SDR & Marketing support is actually abundant.
The SDR team is sharp and consistently hands off qualified opps to the AE team. 4. The co-founders have built an innovative & energetic culture! The management team understands the centrality of the UX/UI in building a truly great product for our market. 5. Clear training program in the form of 30/60/90 for AE's. The AE training process requires a regimented & structured training program of shadowing, mock calls, and becoming Wealthbox Demo certified with 1-1 attention from team leads. The team at Wealthbox has done an incredible job of hiring super talented, fun, and caring people. I genuinely enjoy company meetings and getting to know all my colleagues. Solid camaraderie, upward mobility, and amazing inclusive culture. Love being a part of this team & plan to be here for many years.

Cons

Some growing pains as the organization and its customer base are growing very quickly. It is not uncommon for AE's to have back-to-back meetings throughout the day so a very high-energy person is required for the AE role.
