      Pros

      - Amazing people, smart, respectful and motivated team - Great place to learn and grow as an engineer though pairing and mentorship - Valued opinions, no egos - Open communication - Follow industry best practices - Work from home, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Sometimes priorities and projects may shift due to business needs and forecasts. I'm listing this as a "con" although I feel like this is true with any startup.

      A growing company with a great remote work culture and an executive team that truly cares about their employees

      Pros

      Friendly, approachable, helpful, and talented engineering team with a strong desire to use industry best practices and improve the product for their customers. Lots of opportunities to learn new things. Regular team check-ins and communication during remote work to keep projects and goals on target. The executive team is the best I have experienced at any company I have worked for and it's not even close actually. They continue to be kind, transparent, and regularly show how much they care about their employees well-being. I have experienced this personally on numerous occasions.

      Cons

      No cons really come to my mind. One thing to note: Given that the company is growing at a fast pace, there are certain situations where priorities can shift on projects quickly, but this has been completely manageable.

      Talented engineering team; team cares a lot about software quality Relentless pursuit of great UX and ease-of-use for customers, from engineering all the way to leadership team. High-quality product because of it. Friendly management culture that cares about well-being and happiness of team members

      Cons

      Can sometimes get moved to different projects as business priorities change (but somewhat expected for small/mid-sized companies)
