Pros

Scheduled work week. Three and four day work week twelve hour shifts. Three and four days off.

Cons

Too many office personel, not enough skilled workers on the floor. Therefore decisions are very slow to be made, and are often ineffective.

It's a very casual dress environment. Allow flexible schedule if you have doctor or dentist appointments or family related errands.

Cons

Lack of guidance, career development, and feedback. Very poor communication. A lot of cronyism and favoritism in certain departments. Scarcity mentality. No sick leave. Mediocre health benefits. Only 2 weeks vacation until you've been there 9 years, then you only get 3 weeks and no more.
