Pros
When you walk into WebDAM, you really get the sense of how creative, interactive and fun the environment is. It's very much NOT a traditional office with cubicles, stale coffee and boring people moping around. This place is lively and actually makes you feel good that you came to work that day! Everyday! The people here are very friendly and smart, and having a conversation with them is very pleasant. When we need to discuss something like a project or idea, we go into themed conference rooms to meet and share our thoughts. There's a steady stream of free beverages and snacks in the kitchen to keep you busy, and a living room-type area to relax and code if you want. Oh, and I don't even need to mention the recreational games. You can't go wrong with that!
