Great people and culture The people here are all really nice, and easy to talk to. They like to take care of their employees. From weekly lunches, to snacks and games. Overall my start has been very enjoyable. Great development environment From day one, with a senior mentor, it has been very easy to get up to speed with all the systems and dev processes. Not to mention we all get an adjustable standing desk. I also appreciate the weekly one on one's with my manager...it keeps expectations and issues up to date.

I was given the opportunity to explore various areas in the field making the job more interesting and challenging. There are new, exciting projects to work on, and this is a place where you can make a direct impact on the product. Teams have the freedom to experiment and adopt new tools/technologies providing you ways to learn new skills. The management encourages everyone to bring their ideas to the table. There is necessary support and mentorship available to reach your goals. Teams are diverse and very friendly. The founders continue to add new talent to the company while dominating the industry. Well allocated fundings from its parent company, Shutterstock, offers plenty of resource options. Most importantly, I got to work with very smart and passionate people who are truly making a difference in the DAM space.
