Creating Great Products in an Enjoyable Environment

Pros

Webdam is in a good place right now. Creative teams are making more content than ever before on tighter deadlines and the three products the company offers (Webdam for digital asset management, Brand Connect for managing and syncing up branding, Workstream for project management an proofing) are solid and easy to use. I'm coming from a mostly CPG background and the my team has gotten me up to speed with a very efficient and thorough onboarding process. The company culture is welcoming and everyone is eager to help each other. The teams are diverse and have a fairly well balanced male to female ratio you don't often see in tech companies.

Cons

The only real negative I have so far is the commute, which is simply a fact of life in the Bay Area. The office in San Mateo is fairly close to Caltrain, which is nice and the SF office is close to BART.

Fun work environment, fully stocked fridge, beautiful office location, casual dress attire, friendly/professional co-workers, clear direction of company progress and personal value each employee contributes.

Cons

There are only 8 hours in a work day.
