Pros

Some smart people left on leadership team, but most have jumped ship.

Cons

GM is a terrible fit with little to no PR experience. Poor pay, long hours (which is standard at agencies). Weak professional development opportunities.

Terrible Management

Pros

Work life balance. Free coffee in the morning.

Cons

1) Top heavy management structure that has no clue what they are doing. 2) Limited advancement that is based on being “liked” not actual performance metrics 3) Creatively bankrupt. No original ideas. They just do beer giveaways or rehash old pitches that other clients rejected. 4) All the talent has left or been let go. 5) No respect for clients. Everything is done last minute.
