Pros

The people are great, the accounts are large and so you get a lot of experience. It's fun being at the front line of big accounts, though the pressure is high.

Cons

Culture of overworking for nothing. A lot of repetitive work can be avoided with automation. Too much in the way of giving clients what they want instead of being strategic counsel.
