Pros

Work for strong companies, great network builder and potential to specialise in areas, also comes with multiple working benefits and socials.

Cons

Hard to strike good balance between work life and time off. Constant contact needed all day round sometimes. Burn out can happen.

nice people, reasonable hours, get to work on different accounts and clients are usyally famous/big brands

Cons

junior level get a lot of basic admin work, as expected. Salary not as high as other graduate roles.
