Pros

Strong career opportunities, senior management in Asia very open and collaborative. You get to meet a lot of passionate people in the company and have greater opportunities to learn something new in communications.

Cons

The working culture can be quite divisive and political. Which I guess is something you would expect in multi-national companies. You're often put to do more than you're entitled to, which might not necessarily be reflected in your pay.
