Pros

if you prove yourself you can ask for what you want (with a good enough rationale) and you can get it.

Cons

to achieve the above, though, you need to put in a lot of investment, including long hours. there's always too much work and not enough staff, or team mates that are lazy or selfish.

Pros

Working at Weber Shandwick is reaching the top of the ladder in the world of PR agencies, since you're working for the best of the best. It's a lot of hard work and the stress will be unbearable but at least you know you're learning from the best.

Cons

It will take you a long time to grow unfortunately. They will use their high rep against you to keep you thinking you're in a great environment but the reality is they exploit you- as they are under resourced and staff is under paid.
