Pros

Great environment. Great people. Everyone is supportive and they encourage you to try new things. C-suite are friendly and approachable.

Cons

No overtime fee. Sometimes it is necessary to support peak season that require people to work until late midnight. Bonus scheme can be nice for everyone.
