Pros

Good benefits similar to other banks.Opportunity to advance and grow.

Cons

In recent years, they've lost focus on the customers and employees. Everything is about the shareholders and sales.

Pros

Pays well, seems to be quite a bit better then some of the competition. Bankers start at around 15$ an hour.

Cons

Getting away from customer centric and heading down a more sales centric approach. You may get lucky with a manager, but you will get micromanaged on your sales daily from higher ups or even your manager if you are not so lucky.
