Only thing I can think of is you will learn if you’re not already knowledgable

Cons

Bad pay, expectations are impossible. I am a top performer and still my manager screams at me regularly and HR doesn’t help. They promise promotions but after 2 years nothing. They promise certifications but will not cover.

They offer competitive salaries and provide opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Executive and Senior Management work very hard to say all the right things when speaking of company values, teamwork, acting with integrity, but they don't practice what they preach. The majority of them are motivated by what is best for them personally, and not what is best for their employees or customers.
