Pros

Laid-back atmosphere, friendly coworkers, great sales incentives (designer shoes, TVs, free trips!), fun out-of-the-office activities, daily environment is not too stressful (not much micro-management). Very easy to make friends at work and maintain a good work/life balance. I love working here!

Cons

PTO is "unlimited" but it is still up to management whether they approve your time off or not...makes employees feel they should take fewer days off.

Great Culture + Atmosphere with Lacking Long-term Benefits

Pros

Upper management is constantly pushing employees to grow, providing learning opportunities and chances for play; a real work hard, play hard environment. Ability to enroll in Smartbenefits, FSA/HSA, commuter stipend.

Cons

The maternity/paternity leave is not at all on pace with other tech companies in the US: *4* weeks paid, eligibility for 5 to 7 weeks of STD payments plus FMLA. The retirement match is also a bit of a joke. Definitely a benefits package that is geared towards 20-somethings; not a benefits package meant to curate long-term employees.

Pros

free food misery loves company dental insurance

Cons

Management and Upper management are barely trained to operate as a successful, professional, and progressive team. Many issues are brought forth to management and does not make it past to HR because management threatens employees with job loss. A fellow employee reported a sexual harassment issue brought on by a high level person at the company. The manager responded to "leave it alone or their job would be at risk." This incident was documented (by the employee) but never made its way to HR. Blatant inappropriate and racist comments are often made in front of management and once again are never reported to HR. A lot of shady business going on here. If you try to call them out, you will be targeted. Just a warning. Other than that, you can expect limited job opportunities unless you hang out with your manager after hours. Also, unlimited PTO is a marketing tactic - you will be guilted into taking less than you would at other jobs. Maybe 2 weeks if you are lucky.
