      Pros

      -you are a part of a family -collaborative environment within the sales dept and with other departments -tons of opportunity to have your voice heard. If you have an idea, it will be considered and encouraged to share -constant change and innovation -excellent opportunity to be challenged -quick promotion track if you do what you are asked to do -as all the reviews say, benefits are awesome and you will be treated with respect and will feel appreciated

      -in some ways the fun environment can get a little unprofessional Other than that, if you think something is not working, management is really open to hearing you and changing it if you have reasonable demands.

      Pros

      Great environment - it's really an office you enjoy coming to. The company has recently launched an LDP program and other in-house courses to help develop employees.

      Cons

      Growth is limited so you really have to work if you want to be noticed for better opportunities. It seems to be something the company is aware of.
