I don't have any significant pros, except that you run into a few nice people here and there.

Cons

Too many to list. Don't bother interviewing here. You will be one of the many people who is fired when you ask for fair treatment.

We are very trouble to hear that your team member experience was less than stellar. Weidenhammer has been in business for over 40 years and our long tenured team contributes daily to its success. We hold an average tenure of over 12 years, compared to the 3 year average of the rest of the IT Industry, partly due to a great team member experience. Let's not stop at tenure, our most recent engagement survey comes in at 82%, compared to an Industry average of 79.5%. Without more specifics it is difficult to address where we may have missed the mark for this team member.

Management gives little or no attention to new hires. they will tell you all good things about this small size company but once you get in, they expect you to know everything despite not having time to train new hires.

Thank you for providing us insight into your experience as a new hire. Over the past three years Weidenhammer has been continually developing their new team member on boarding experience. We have added a full day corporate orientation, mentoring program, goal and development setting session, as well as an online on boarding portal. Our clients expect us to be responsive with solutions, which does not always enable us to provide on the job training. Our team members are hired for their experience and skill with the expectation that they will have a very short learning curve.

While it is disappointing for a successful company with a highly engaged team to see less than stellar reviews, we do appreciate this feedback. It is interesting to see that this review is from a former Sr. Account Executive in Reading, PA, as we have not had anyone leave this role from this location during the past three years. Our wish is that this review would have been more specific so that we could respond more appropriately to their feedback.
