The Weidenhammer interviewing and hiring process is a very defined and thorough one, including involvement from HR, executive leadership, and relevant hiring managers. We take great care to set proper expectations throughout that process, and we are disappointed to see that we somehow missed that mark with this reviewer. In addition, one of our core values at Weidenhammer is a culture in which every team member has a voice and an opportunity to positively impact both his or her own career and the company’s direction alike. We truly desire input and suggestions from our team members in order to make Weidenhammer the best workplace possible, and most of our policies have been created or shaped by employee feedback. A collaborative organization by nature; we also hold ourselves and each other accountable, as a failure to do so would result in imbalanced workloads and unfair shares of responsibility.
