The people I work with here at Weidenhammer are fantastic! The teamwork and supportive environment is what I value the most. There are opportunities to learn and collaborate with others. Weidenhammer cares about the employees and offers good benefits. John Weidenhammer has an open door policy for employee feedback. Work/home life balance is great. Business casual dress code.

Co-workers are nice. President/employees are involved in the community.

Cons

They do not pay what you are worth in the marketplace. Won't acknowledge increased work with increase in pay. Difficult to get promotion.
