The people are far and away the number one reason to work for Weidenhammer. From leadership down to the newest individual, the team is friendly, helpful, and everyone has a voice. The team works hard but has fun with each other at the same time. Company and team goals are ambitious, so if you do not thrive under pressure, Weidenhammer is probably not the place for you. Great reputation in the market with partners and clients alike. Good balance of stability and a strong history with an attitude of embracing change and continuous improvement to provide the best for clients.
Cons
As the company has adapted to the changing marketplace, the transition and changes have been hard at times (including changes in personnel). The technical teams are excellent, though the staff has not always grown at the rate of the business's demands. This has been recognized, though, and hiring is in full swing.
