Weidenhammer Systems reviews

Every Weidenhammer team member creates a development plan which is updated annually. We encourage our team members to own their career path by assisting to craft and complete the plan each year. We value the continuous development of our team so much that plan completion is actually a function of their performance review score. In addition, Weidenhammer supports this development through onsite and web based training courses, tuition assistance and conference/seminar attendance reimbursement. Not every team member is created equal in skills, experience or motivation, which means some may need more coaching or development than others. All a team members are empowered to ask for work-related training or development to assist in achieving their goals. A wise person once said to never let the best get in the way of getting better!

While it is disappointing for a successful company with a highly engaged team to see less than stellar reviews, we do appreciate this feedback. It is interesting to see that this review is from a former Sr. Account Executive in Reading, PA, as we have not had anyone leave this role from this location during the past three years. Our wish is that this review would have been more specific so that we could respond more appropriately to their feedback.
